All packages include and can be modified with “Add Ons”:
- Unlimited outfit changes within session timeframe, your outfits (for additional time please see “Add Ons”)
- Children can be added to any package at no cost (age 17 and under)
- High-end editorial skin retouched images
- Gallery to select favorites and receive final images (JPEG) online

- Travel within New York City (travel outside of NYC attracts additional cost)

Short Promo $300
- 1 Hour session

Photography Add Ons:
- $100 is the minimum for makeup, final price depends on request and It will be done within the first hour.(MUA @buffysunshine)
- $25 per retouch image
- $200 for images to be excluded from photographer’s portfolio
- $50 per additional person
- $50 for extra 1/2 hour session
- Rush delivery – 1 day $25/image, 2 day $20/image, 3 day $15/image, 4 day $10/image, 5 day $5/image
Photography Terms & Conditions
* Invoice will be sent via email and must be SIGNED.
* 50% DEPOSIT must be made for booking.
* Packages can only be UPGRADED.
* Payment plans are available, call for details.
* All deposits and or payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and a reschedule must be done.
* All RESCHEDULE must be done at least 7 days before your session or you need to book another session.
* Rescheduled session must be completed within 30 days from original session date.
* $25 Rescheduling FEE before 7 days of the session date.
* All remaining BALANCE must be paid before or upon arrival at the session.
* Gallery will be DELIVERED with JPEG only and logo 7 days after selection, one free download of entire gallery is allowed.
* ONLY CLIENTS have the right to print and post images, all others must REQUEST PERMISSION.
* Prints can be purchase from online gallery store.
* $50 Short-notice booking FEE (if less than 7 days before the session date).
* Makeup will be done within the first hour of session.
* If LATE the session will still end at the schedule time, or additional time can be purchased.
* Extra session time will be charged once session exceed timeframe.
* Travel outside of New York City will attract additional cost.
* Images will be added to photographers portfolio, unless paid to be excluded.
360 Photo/Video Booth Terms & Conditions

* The company does NOT GUARANTEE any number of videos for the client.
* The company is NOT LIABLE to deliver every video taken at the event to the client.
* The session will begin at the scheduled START TIME and end at the scheduled END TIME.
* All ADDITIONAL TIME will be billed to the client at the company’s hourly rate.
* The booth requires at least a 10’x10′ space to operate and company access to the location before the scheduled time for setup.
* INDOOR locations is best, as outdoor depends on the weather.
* The company is limited by the RULES and REGULATIONS of the venue, location and site management for any event.
* The client is liable for ANY DAMAGES to the company’s property while at the event site, including in the event that such damage is caused by any event attendee or invitee of the client, except for damage cause by the company personnel.
* The client is responsible and liable for all PERMISSIONS needed for the company to operate at the venue.
* The client hereby grants the company the IRREVOCABLE and UNRESTRICTED right to use and publish videos containing the client, guests of the client, or event attendees for business purposes.
* If at any point during the event the company personnel, in their sole and absolute discretion, determine that the BEHAVIOR of the event guest, staff, attendees or other person(s) at the event is INAPPROPRIATE, THREATENING, HOSTILE or OFFENSIVE; which makes them feel unsafe, harassed or sexually harassed, the company personnel may immediately cease to provide any further services and leave the event.
