360 Photo/Video Booth Terms & Conditions

* Invoice will be sent via email and must be SIGNED.
* Booking requires a 50% DEPOSIT prior to 14 days before the event date; after 14 days, FULL PAYMENT is required.
* All payments and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE; only rescheduled sessions are allowed.
* All REMAINING BALANCE must be paid before or upon arrival at the event.
* Packages can only be UPGRADED.
* Payment plans are available, call for details.
* All RESCHEDULE must be done at least 14 days before your event or you need to book another session; if booked after 14 days before the event date, reschedule is NOT ALLOWED.
* Rescheduled session must be completed WITHING 30 days from original session date.
* $25 Rescheduling FEE. 
* WAll PLUG, client is responsible for suppling electricity.
* BATTERY OPERATED, the company is responsible for electricity.
* The company does NOT GUARANTEE any number of videos for the client. 
* The company is NOT LIABLE to deliver every video taken at the event to the client. 
* The session will begin at the scheduled START TIME and end at the scheduled END TIME.
* All ADDITIONAL TIME will be billed to the client at the company’s hourly rate.
* The booth requires at least a 10’x10′ space to operate and company access to the location before the scheduled time for setup.
* INDOOR locations is best, as outdoor depends on the weather.
* The company is limited by the RULES and REGULATIONS of the venue, location and site management for any event.
* The client is liable for ANY DAMAGES to the company’s property while at the event site, including in the event that such damage is caused by any event attendee or invitee of the client, except for damage cause by the company personnel.
* The client is responsible and liable for all PERMISSIONS needed for the company to operate at the venue.
* The client hereby grants the company the IRREVOCABLE and UNRESTRICTED right to use and publish videos containing the client, guests of the client, or event attendees for business purposes. 
* If at any point during the event the company personnel, in their sole and absolute discretion, determine that the BEHAVIOR  of the event guest, staff, attendees or other person(s) at the event is INAPPROPRIATE, THREATENING, HOSTILE or OFFENSIVE; which makes them feel unsafe, harassed or sexually harassed, the company personnel may immediately cease to provide any further services and leave the event.
